Pick n Pay worst service
11:35am 29/01/15 After standing in a long Queue I finally get a chance to pay as i do that I ask the lady(Bonisiwe) to with draw R150, She then rep**** that she does not have R150 in her till and she calls for a supervisor (Lilo) and ask her to void my products which she already scanned and she tells me to go back at the end of the queue on the next till. BUT i refuse because I shop and withdraw at PnP every month, And I have never been asked to go at the back of the Queue usually they ask the next cashier to give cash or ask customers in front for me to be assisted in situations like these. Then Lilo(supervisor) said every-time I need to with draw i have to go to the info desk and ASK , which till has cash. \Of-course with an attitude\" and i told her this is unacceptable I am going to report this. Guess What? she pointed the office do for me .and said: \" you can nicely walk right in that door, I'm not scarred or worried, because PnP wont do anything to me those are the new rules\" By the way I left the shop without the products I went to buy. Plus the fact that i will see their faces every-time I go buy lunch. Damn!!!"
