Pick n Pay worse service & management
I think that the owner's of Pick n Pay need to get a mystery shopper and go see that joke of a place!! There are only 2 tills that have cashiers the rest are forever closed regardless of the foot traffic I mean you can go buy two simple items and spend more than 12mins waiting to pay whilst there are more than 4 tills but every fringing day they use two!! So on a Monday morning I went to buy bread & Scones I stood in the bakery department for at least 5 mins there was NO one there to assist, a Lady by the name of Beauty whom I assume was some sort of superior saw me from afar but had No interest whatsoever to assist me, I continued to stand then a gentleman by the name of Lenny came by he also didn't help me he said "I must take my scones from the bakery go to another welcoming superior by the name of Zane, mind you he was by the kiosk who was fidgeting with his phone and ask him to assist me walk back to the bakery get a price tag to be able to scan then walk back to the till where ill wait another 12mins or so" Zane comes to me doesn't greet nor apologize for the inconvenience I follow him he delegates and goes back to his place I continue to wait till I was sorted wasted about 20mins of my life got then most ********** service ever by 3people supposedly in management Beauty,& Zane. Pick n Pay Nyala Road Kwa Mashu is bringing your name into disrepute and no it's not the staff cause they just follow orders it is people in management that have NO s****s to lead! Mind you I walked into a demarcated area took my scones from the warmer cause no 1 was there
