Pick N Pay Workshop Durban

It is very sad that as PNP collapses, the workshop branch, together with their driver, still delivers ****** service to their customers . I ordered three items from them. Upon delivery, I received a call from the driver, who was rude and shouted at me for not being able to find the flat . Other drivers deliver here daily without fail . She started swearing at me and said she wouldn't be giving me the order as she was returning it back, using the K word with me as she could hear over the phone that I am a black person. I called customer support, who proceeded to defend their rude driver. They said I should come and collect the order myself and that I wouldn't get my delivery fee back. This is not acceptable.
