Pick n pay Woodlands Boulevard mall

I bought groceries on Sunday and when I got home realised all my hygiene products where not there and I had paid for them they were on my receipt. I called store no answer I wrote fb message I was told it was escalated now 3days later no response. Pick n pay at Woodlands Boulevard. This shows that this is something that happens because where did my groceries go I paid for it but it was not packed I even sent them the receipt as proof very poor service. The cashier was on her cellphone while helping me very unprofessional
