Pick n Pay Wonderpark Security Guards Mistreatment

Pick n Pay Wonderpark mistreatment 25 November 2023.

My Mom went to Pick n Pay Wonderpark to buy a Jean Jacket and mini groceries, then she took a trolley to shop around with, only little did she know that this would be the worst day ever.

As she couldn't find the Jacket she decided to go somewhere, and after living the store, 2 Guards (Male and Female) came running after her, insulting, mishandling, insulting her and causing all the embarrassment in front of everyone.

They dragged her back to the store, starting to search her, as she was shocked and vulnerable, she asked them what is happening and they kept on saying she is a ***** and she going to be arrested.

After searching her and couldn't find anything, they just said 'SORRY', What about the pain they caused her, she has been crying since this afternoon and we had to take her to the Doctor.

Why would you accuse someone of theft if you don't have proof, how is my mom suppose to go to public spaces after this ordeal.

My mother is frustrated beacsue of this. We demand an explanation.
