Pick 'n pay wonderpark bad experience

Pick 'n pay wonderpark mall worse experience ever, electricity went off for less than 5min and the whole mall was back on and workings except for pick' n pay. We as customers had full trolleys, no communication they were just looking followed to knocking off. Staff members where laughing out loud saying "They must just go home"
