Pick 'n Pay wonderpark

It was a total disaster when I went to Pick 'n Pay wonder park on the 14th of April, I bought flavoured chicken to my dissatisfaction when I got home and put the chicken in the air fryer the chicken was rotten it has a fowl smell that I had to wash my fryer outside. I called the shop they told me to return the chicken , I went there first met the security guard who told us to go to refund. Than I met a lady called Nonhlahla who said she was the manager who also sent us to refund. The behaviour there is as if they are aware and ok with everything no remorse or anything. I wonder what happens to people who are unable to drive back to the shop, lucky for me I was visiting a friend in the orchards but I stay in Soshanguve imagine if I had to drive back to wonder park or worse take another taxi. No apologies whatsoever just sent us for a refund what about the petrol we spend? The time we had wasted?
