Pick 'n Pay Wonderboom Junction

Pick 'n Pay Wonderboom Junction, Pretoria must be the worst Pick 'n Pay that exists. Unfortunately my wife and I have to go there every day, due to the fact that it is the closest shop after work.

The managers are careless and treats customers like *******. It is the dirtiest and untidy Pick 'n Pay that I've ever seen. At the tills there is always perishable foods and meat that customers left in the shelfs and after defrosting it just gets put back into the frige. Once we bought vegetables and at home could see that it was previously defrosted. Took it back, and the manager just said: "next time you have to bring the product along, I can't help you". So we have to take defrosted vegetables back? It would have been a mess.

There is 13 tills, most of the time only two or three are open at the most busiest time after work. On 14 October only two tills were open. It took a half an hour to pay for a few products. When I went looking for a manager, they were as always nowhere to be seen.

On a previous occasion the manager just kicked sanitizing wipes, lying on the floor aside and walked on.

Something have to be done to this useless place. This is the only Pick 'n Pay that I've ever seen where managers have such an bad attitude and the shop is so dirty and untidy. They are careless.

Under and between the shelfs there is always products lying on the floor. It just looks terrible.

Let's see if something will even be done about it.
