Pick n Pay withdrew the disputed funds from my bank account after I initiated the dispute

Pick n Pay withdrew the disputed funds from my bank account after I initiated the dispute. On February 21st, I visited the Pick n Pay store located in Main Rd, Riverside Centre, Somerset West, Cape Town. During the transaction, I attempted to split the payment between two cards, with R200 on one card and the remaining balance on another. Unfortunately, the second card did not have sufficient funds, resulting in the cancellation of the entire transaction. The store instructed me to dispute the processed R200 with my bank, which I promptly did, and successfully got my funds back. However, to my surprise, Pick n Pay deducted the money from my account again yesterday. Upon contacting the bank, I was advised to visit the store for resolution. Upon doing so, I encountered disrespectful treatment from the store manager (Female,I think there are 2), who was not only very accusatory but also unhelpful throughout the interaction. This attitude further exacerbated the situation and hindered any progress towards resolving the issue. I urgently need clarification on why the funds were withdrawn from my account and prompt resolution of this matter.

It is so sad that this is the only way consumers can get issues resolved.i do not plan on purchasing from any pick n pay outlet ever.
