Pick 'n Pay Withdrawals

so yesterday I went to pick 'n Pay Benmore at 14h00 yesterday afternoon to make a SASSA withdrawal for my mother, I went to the first till and they said they did not have R1800, went to the second third and basically they whole store even money market to be told that the SASSA money is finished for the day. as I was standing there flabbergasted that how could such a big store doesn't have money even worse in the afternoon,.!? a white lady who came after me was being able to withdraw,.!? and because the supervisor told me that there's No money I couldn't go back and course a scene,.!? So I need clarity as to how does SASSA money look like because they did have money in their tills clearly it was Pick 'n Pay money not SASSA.
