Pick n pay wiped off my point without notifiying me. Bad experience.
Good day, I am Pick n pay smart shopper card holder and customer from ages. I was saving my points/amount in my smart shopper card since long time to become bigger amount and get one big item and without sending any email notification or sms notification all my points/rands are wiped off. Please look into it.

We are sorry you didn't receive the communication that points are valid for 12 months from earning date via our emails or on till slips. We will address this with our Smart Shopper team.
Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. Only points older than 12 months will expire and not all of your points, and points older than 12 months will continue to expire on a rolling month basis.
We have escalated to have your points re-instated, the points will reflect with 7 business days.
We value you as a Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.
