Pick n Pay, what were you thinking with Bottles App. Extremely disgusted.

Pick n Pay....what were you thinking!!?? This is one of the quickest ways to kill a brand in a time when customers have options. To say this service/app is shocking, is an understatement! I think they totally missed the class on customer service. Firstly you fail to deliver an order when you brag about "same day" then secondly you don't have the audacity to explain to a customer why they are not receiving their order? That is essentially *****! I reinstalled the app when I heard pick n pay had how bought them over, but wasn't expecting this. Advice to anyone thinking of using this ********** service, DO NOT! You will never receive your order and you will not get an explanation as to why not. Extremely shocking service from a "large" retailer like pick n pay. My advice, drop the app and let customers rather go in store if you cannot provide the service.
