PICK N PAY, WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE...VERY DISAPPOINTED

Pick n pay ASAP is so misleading. I placed an order for items that I needed as in today to utilize. Stated that delivery time will be today between 16:30 - 17:00, based on that very reason, I placed the order. Soon after making payment, time has updated to 10:30 - 11:00 tomorrow. I'm a bit confused, so I decide to call Customer Support where I am informed by the consultant that my delivery will actually arrive tomorrow. Apparently, ASAP stops deliveries 1 hour before store closes. I was not aware of this and granted it may be policy but why is it not stipulated on the app prior to payment so that one can make a more informed decision based on the urgency for the required items? I was advised that I have the option of canceling my order but the money will be credited to a pick n pay only wallet or Alternatively, I must wait 3 - 7 days for a refund into my debit account. WOW PICK N PAY ASAP, THIS IS ****. INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS. NOW I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PLSNS DUE TO THIS INCONVENIENCE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
