Pick 'n Pay Westwood- **** service, and **** on their products

Bought a tray of eggs from pick n pay Westwood. I am more than disappointed. I'm disgusted at the product they sold me. Many of the eggs were covered in feces and feathers. Also, they sold me a pack of 30 eggs, 2 days before the expiration date. The manager at this store is frustrating to say the least. He has no concern for the customer. No one apologized for selling me this filthy product when I went to return it. And the returns process was further complicated when they said to me that I can not get the proof of purchase using the smart shopper, because the card belonged to my mother. Is common sense too much to ask for. The eggs are clearly labelled with the pick n pay packaging.

You wouldn't be surprised to learn that this is not the first time I have received bad customer service at this store.
