Pick n pay westonaria

I purchsed 12 Nutriday Danone at pick n pay westonaria today 06.06.2026 I noticed when I got home that all 12 was spoiled and went back to the store with my reciet and was shown the manager by security the name i got from the staff was Modise who was rude made me a loughing stock to his staff saying there is nothing wrong with the items I am just looking for refund dispite me explaining that i am not fighting and not looking for refund but exchange... I left there with refund instead of exchnge despite me asking for exhchange not refund which was 1rand short.
