Pick n Pay Westgate. The Service was very terrible!! Mam’Busi needs to be reviewed

I went there to buy methylated spirit, they made fill a form and then left me for a good 15mins without assistance. When I asked who’s fetching it for me they made we wait again! They just kept on disappearing on me. Worse part I waited for an hour if not more in the que!! I’m so annoyed by the service black people keep getting from the black cashiers!! It’s sickening!!
