Pick n Pay Waterstone Horrible Service!!

I have placed an order with asap on the 12th of November (***). It only arrived the next day warm in a plastic bag (not the normal paper bags) with the cream cheese room temperature and so Isent it back with the driver. I cancelled that order with customer care twice because the app did not work so it was logged and recorded. I tried phoning Waterstone directly twice as well. The pick n pay Waterstone staff has said on numerous calls they have scheduled the refund but no one wants to assist me further. I even sent photo’s of the items and driver taking it back.

My bank statement had all 6 items deducted (*****ing an extra two products amounts and this reflects on the app) even though I only received 4 AND sent it back.

I have now phoned weekly and STILL have not been refunded. It has been a month now already and no one phones back either. How do I get my money back?!

This is horrible service!!!!
