Pick n Pay - Waterfront - WORST service if any
Pick n Pay Waterfront use to be the best Pick n Pay in Cape Town. I don't know what happened to your management team but their USELESS!!
You lost so many customers today, 4 tellers present lunch time, 1 person behind the hot food section and no manager in sight. It's lunch time, Pick n Pay is full of customers and no one to help them, my husband found the manager that had no solution, no explanation and just stood around doing absolutely nothing (this is not the first time this manager has been taken on and he does NOTHING).
Pick n Pay is nothing more than a waste your time shopping experience, everyone has an excuse as to why they won't or can't serve you and the managers stand there like zombies not knowing how to deal with their staff or customers. This is an every day experience, Pick n Pay what are you going to do about this mess?
