Pick n Pay Waterfront wet puddle on floor fall!

@Picknpaywaterfront: Yesterday 19 June 2021 at approx 4:45pm we stopped in at the Waterfront PicknPay. We paid at Teller 9 and I noticed that there was a large puddle of water on the floor close to the teller and no signage to alert customers. My Son was with me, but my 9yr old daughter went to a fridge further down to get me a bottle of water. Upon her return she slipped and fell in the puddle of water. She bruised her knee (which didn't appear to serious), however what bothered her the most was that the shorts she was wearing was wet and she was quite embarrassed by this as we'd be walking through the mall. The teller called for a manager/superviser, but no one came, so my husband who had then joined up with us went on search for someone. We filled the incident report and the manager told us that someone would be in touch during the week. When myself and my daughter pointed out that she was wet from the large puddle she'd slipped in he merely advised that I could go buy another pair of shorts at the clothing section (which I did) ! Shame on you for not offering a pair of shorts and not looking out for a child's emotional well being! Any 9 year old girl/child would not want to walk in public looking like they had had an "accident“ in their pants!
