Pick n pay Walmer park mall service

I had such a horrible experience at Pick n Pay Walmer park today. I have never ever heard of customers being chased out of isles because the staff needs to go home. If that was not enough, we were moved from one teller to the next being only to be told that “I’ve closed my till”. That is terrible service. One teller requested we move to the one next to us, we followed the request only for us to get told by that teller that they’re not a teller and won’t be assisting, yet they proceeded to call for the couple that was at the back and helped them. We had to go around and ask which teller could assist us. I believe in businesses that value customers as well as the experience of customers. If that’s the service we were going to receive, they might as well have closed their doors and allowed us to shop where we will be treated better.
