Pick n Pay Vredenburg *******

My mother bought a faulty Iron a while back at Pick n Pay Vredenburg. We went in to replace the Iron They refunded her what she initially payed for the iron but we were told that the price of the Iron went up and my mother had to pay in R20 extra for the exact same Iron. When I tried to dispute it with the manager she was unwilling to accommodate or listen to reason and I informed her that she is going against the consumer law and they refused to refund the additional charge. This is ********* and ******** behavior especially coming from a manager!
