Pick ‘n Pay voucher rejected at Pick ‘n Pay Maponya store

Hello 👋 I am Patrick Phungula I bought Pick ‘n Pay voucher at Tygervalley Capetown for three thousand rand and I bought it for my mother who lives in Soweto and she went I bought groceries at Maponya mall and when she paid with the voucher number ,voucher was not allowed as a payment option and they said voucher method is outdated ,they no longer use them ,my mom had to put the trolley aside and walk away after spending an hour on the queue I am deeply hurt and disappointed please fix this my mom was in tears 😭,they must phone my mom and apologise on *** and fix their mess
