Pick n Pay - voucher nightmare

I received an incentive voucher for Pick n Pay from work. I received an email with a voucher code.

I requested that your staff load the voucher number on to a voucher card (which I have done before at checkers etc) Your staff humiliated by taking a voucher card, opening it and telling me that it's not possible (as if it's something I should know) I then asked for her to check the balance of the voucher to make sure that the full amount is available. She then said I should rather just call customer service because she can't help me. Everything I requested she shook her head and shrugged. As I left the store I was shouted at by your staff "I did not see your work email for the voucher you need to sort it out"

Nice way to lose customers. Pathetic and disgusting service.
