Pick n pay Vosloorus (cashback incident)

I was at Pick n pay Vosloorus on Sam Sekoati street this morning. I wanted to withdraw a Capitec cash send and also pay for my groceries using the same money. All five tills didn't have money (nothing new there) but then teller number 7 which is a new guy that just joined the staff got a cash deposit of R1000. A gentleman who noticed I've been moving between aisles called me and told me that teller 7 has money. When it was my turn to get the cashback and pay for my groceries the guy tells me he has no money. I saw the lady deposit R1000 and he counted it three times while I was standing in the queue but he turns and says he has no money! How?! He is extremely rude that guy and I don't know what the hell he is doing at the till. No customer service skills at all, saw him before when he was working for Tyme bank. Pick n pay Vosloorus, tell that guy that it's not his shop and he should know working with people requires people skill. He doesn't have that. I left there without purchasing anything coz as usual all the tellers didn't have R400 at 12:45 pm. I don't understand...
