Pick n Pay violated my human rights.

I am still absolutely furious as im writing this. For the second time this year I was detained against my will after paying for my goods. Since when is it a policy of Pick n Pay to lock up all customers inside the shop while the cash collecting company collects the cash and signs off on paper work.

The first time about two months ago I objected and the manager simply ignored my request to let me out. My children were sitting alone outside in the car and I and other customers was basically detained against our will. I did not report it and simply let it slide.

Today 4th June 2019, at around 17:10 , the same thing happened. This time I lost my cool and actually used language I now feel ashamed of uisng. I was furious at the manager who once again refused to let us out.

The last time people was detained against their will was in apartheid south africa. This incident placed my back in the same anxious state when we were held against our will as students protesting against apartheid regime.

I demand and explaination as this manager openly refused tonlet us out and ignored our requests.
