Pick 'n Pay Vincent Raincheck Excuse
I went shopping yesterday and unfortunately it was the last day of some specials. There were a few items I wanted to purchase because of the special price but the flavours I was looking for was sold out. I paid for my other purchases and ten went to get rainchecks for the products I couldn't get. I was then informed if there is stock on the shelves I cannoy get a raincheck even if the flavour I want is out of stock. This is the first I heard about this because last week at the Beacon Bay branch I received a raincheck for coffee because they didn't have the flavour I wanted but still had other flavours available. So now I lost out on 3 products on special and it ended yesterday.

He explained to me that if the flavour or variantof a product on special isn't available I can still request a raincheck. He offered to sort it out for me when I'm in the area again. Whether the special is on or not. This is great customer service. Things will sometimes go wrong but how you go about fixing something makes all the difference. Thank you Vincent PnP and Evan
