Pick n Pay Vaal Mall

I am disappointed in how the staff at PNP Vaal Mall were trained and how they handle queries. I'm absolutely appalled with their behavior.

I bought a GooglePlay Vouchet and the Cashier by the name of Naomi, and she confidently sold me the incorrect voucher (iTunes Voucher) I got to the car scratched it and tried to redeem it on PlayStore only to realize she sold me the wrong voucher.

I then went back to be assisted in getting the right voucher and I've never in my life come across such incompetence. I was assisted by Ntjantja Mo***eng who was rude and Gugulethu who is the alternating floor manager who instead of assisting me accordingly they showed me attitude and called security to chase me out the store instead of fixing their error. Their customer service was absolutely revolting and prideful. I'm displeased and dissatisfied with their service
