PICK N PAY USELESS DELIVERY SERVICE/NON EXISISTENT

Ordered from this so called delivery app. Paid at 11:13 at 11:44 I was advised order delivered. Still nothing 3 hours later, tried their whatsapp, said somebody will come back in 15 mins over 1 hour later still nothing. ABSOLUTELY USELESS
