Pick n Pay unwillingness to refund money from wallet on old app to wallet in new app. ASAP (new)

I have been trying since beginning of August to get a R1500.68 refund on my old PnP app from old app to new app. I have ref no’s eg 236419, #206372, #217538. I have been communicating via e-mail and messenger. My go to person has been Lee-Anne. I NEED PICK n PAY TO RESOLVE THIS COMPLAINT ASAP. This a large amount of money to be put back into my wallet
