Pick n Pay untrustworth.

Usual ******* from Pick n Pay. They have a cricket promotion where if you spend R500 or more on ASAP, they will send you a code which you have to register to get a full refund if the proteas win. They promise you'll receive the code via email within 2 days. It's been over a week. Emailed customer service but also no response.

It's like this with them almost EVERY time they have a promotion. It's just false advertising and lies with PnP constantly (have reported all past issues and they've always just said they'll get back to me with a resolution but never do). I don't know why I bother to shop wiht them anymore, moving over to Checkers.
