Pick n Pay Untrained staff damaging goods

Sick and tired of damaged goods. The staff at the till does not handle the food that I buy with care, bruising and damaging the fruit, cheese etc by the way they through it down to the packer. Our family spend between R10000 and R15000 per month on food. Most of it so damaged that it goes off within a day or 2. Surely a big retai should know how to train and monitor the staff. You expect the producer to have these controls in place so what is wrong. Will from now on shop at Woolworths where the staff is trained and I do not have this problem
