Pick n Pay uMhlanga's Tuck Tuck service poor.

Pathetic service we get from Pick n Pay staff member who whenever we call for the Tuck Tuck, which is part of the service they offer its always a challenge to get it. We are in the hospitality industry and if we promise guests services that they can get that puts us on the bad with our guests. We have complained to the store manager (Dean) who is not doing anything about this but surely something needs to happen or they should just cancel this service to put all of us at ease.
