Pick n pay u suck

Make an option for half a star. The stores services are poor but customer service is a flippen joke. In the pick n pay specials there was a mortein automatic spray for R85. 99 and Schwartzkopf gliss shampoo and conditioner for R110.

The one pick n pay Jean Crossing got no stock that I understand on the mortein. The shampoo and conditioner they don't keep.

Then I went to centurion mall they don't keep either then I went to doringkloof and the same thing. I called customer service she got my on hold for 15 minutes airtime gone minutes gone still no answer.

Then I called back it was cut off as the woman couldn't hear me. Then I downloaded the app and these things are not on the app either. So I called again and this lady not giving me a chance to state my case. Or maybe not understanding me I don't know also suddenly can't hear me so it cut off also.

Now why u advertise things and don't supply the product? How is your customer service that supposed to help not able to help in any way how is your online store not even giving the options.
