Pick n Pay + Tyme Bank = a BIG WASTE OF TIME!

I have never been exposed to such ridiculous service...Ever! I had created a Tyme Bank account 3 days ago and today I made my way to PnP Hypermarket in Ottery. I went to buy the JBL earphones @ R99 (when using your Tyme Bank card to purchase). I deposited R100 at the cashier (audio dept) instore but the sale was declined on 2 attempts. I was then referred to the pharmacy section to pay there.. After 3 attempts the same happened here. I was then referred to the Tyme bank instore representative (Rep #1), who checked my balance. Balance reflected R90...I then asked him why the amount was R10 less, to which he shrugged and exclaimed : " I don't know...it has to do with the bank". I then approached the store manager, advising her of the problem I am experiencing. She immediately called Tyme Bank (Rep #2) who advised me that there is a R4 deposit fee (so a 4% deposit Fee...and here I thought Tyme Bank tries to save us money by being a 'Virtual Bank'). I then asked him what happened to the missing R6, to which he exclaimed : " That,I don't know Sir,you must ask the Bank". I asked whether or not as a representative of Tyme Bank if he is seen as 'The Bank', to which he answered that he is but he cannot tell me. Immediately the store manager intruded and advised that I should not put words into Rep #2's mouth. I had merely repeated what #2 had said to me. The store manager proceeded to write down her name,Rep#2's name and the contact details of their respective superiors. I then left the store. The store manager advised she would replace the missing R10, however no one can explain to me why an additional amount has been taken from my account! Tyme, Pick n Pay...you have succeeded in wasting my most precious resource today...my Priceless Time!

Why are you unable to let me know that when I was struggling to make a purchase on Saturday? Your "I don't know" response by the attendant is preposterous!

I now have to make my way back to the store, make another deposit and then purchase the item...time and wasted effort! How will you compensate me for this? Can you deliver the item to my place of residence or can I collect said item at a store closest to me at the same price?
