Pick n Pay Tygervalley the worst

On Saturday the 2nd of July 2017, I was humiliated, degraded, dehumanized at Pick n Pay Tygervalley. Tygervalley mall is my nearby mall and every week I buy at this mall, let alone being a regular customer at Pick n Pay. The Pick n Pay manager is arrogant and care less about customers.

I am still traumatized about what they did to me. I would like to tell exactly what they did, as an international student and a Professional Surveyor, I would never again trust this retail group.

I googled and checked Picn n Pay's mission nd vision statement to check if it mentions anything about devaluing customers. I am deeply hurt and bleeding inwardly.

I was phoned by Pick n Pay Tygervalley but nothing was done about what I complained about. I phoned the manger who called me after this incident, surprisingly he just said, 'what can I do for you now Mrs May'....

I am battling with trauma and stress after this incident. This has caused grief to me, my family, colleagues and to my business partners.

This has costed and affected me so much, my life, my career, my future.

Pick n Pay Tygervalley, I do not know what else to do. Should I go on to BBC and tell the Retail story experience in South Africa's Pick n Pay?? Tell me, must we ask Mr Ackerman who worked hard for this retail to resolve this issue?

Ask me how much I have spend on this battle...,,
