Pick n Pay ****ty Service

PnP Makhado Crossing provides a ****ty service. I’m a huge PnP customer as I live closer to it in Pretoria East. I practically begged to be assisted at a cigarette counter by a PnP employee who was chatting on his cellphone. I wanted to buy 2 vapes only to be given E Pods & realised as walked out of the door. I immediately went back to exchange for the correct product only to be told they don’t do exchanges which is not written anywhere in the store nor receipt by the way. Customer care didn’t provide any assistance either. They will never see my money any more after years of my loyalty to them.
