Pick 'n pay tubatse crossing mall

I am very disappointed with pick 'n pay. I saw their special online of huggies Nappies (buy 2 for R300 jumbo packs) and sent my younger sister to buy for me, only to find out that what they have online is different from what they have in store. In the store they have baby packs on special (buy 2 for R300) which the sister bought not the jumbo packs. When I sent her back in the store to exchange because what they have online is the jumbo packs, she was told that there's no such and she had to show them the ad. I'm so disappointed that my younger sister had to travel more than 80km for nothing . What makes matters worse is the fact that management did not know what is online and did not care assisting. It is not our fault that what they have online is different from what they have in store. It's the mistake they made not mine. 😒😒😒
