Pick n pay trying to rob me of my R600.00

R600.00 refund request from Bara city on the 26 July 2018 musa mashaba ********** ********** God day

My name is Musa Mashaba a very loyal customer of yours who is not happy with the transaction that occurred on my account ,

on the 26 July i went to your store requested for cash back withdrawal of R300.00 which the lady who helped me tried twice (300 x 2 ) to process that transaction which was declined , i then left the store went home thinking everything was fine and i was only surprised when i received my monthly statement on Monday the 20 August 2018 ,the two amounts of (300.00) i tried to obtain on the 26 July 2018 declined i'm now suprised that the R600.00 went off on the 27th and i'm now told by the store that they will only pay R300.00 and the other R300.00 was withdrawn which i have no idea of i want my money back and i want full refund and investigation done showing what happened to the money the store claims was withdrawn Pick n Pay is a big store i hope there are cameras and your staff members have logging details which you can always trace all your transactions who,when and how ? i'm not going to to let this go until my money is refunded please attend to this issue A.S.A.P.!!
