Pick n pay trying to kill us!

On 26 Dec 2020 I laid a complaint with pick n pay after a choking incident and finding a large piece of bone in my droewors.

I received 1 phonecall from Shimon on 11 Jan promising feedback as they were investigating my complaint- she promised to get back to me within two days.

On 18 Jan 2021 I received a sms saying my case is closed? I have received no feedback on the outcome and pick n pay has ignored my emails asking for feedback!
