Pick n Pay, TRAMSHED selling expired food

I am greatly disappointed with my experience at Pick n Pay, TRAMSHED on Friday the 7th of June 2024 . I bought baby purity and as i was feeding my baby i realized it had expired. I tried reaching the store and they were unresponsive. I proceeded to lodged a complaint through the customer care service as a curtsy to inform them of this issue, i received a hostile welcome and it hadn't seemed to be that they cared. I am beyond disappointed as it is a well established business and i haven't had any feedback from the store manager. This issue could have endangered my child and it could have lead to other people having the same issue and the store doesn't seem to care about the health safety of its consumers. This has extremely disturbed my weekend and i am frustrated with the efficiency of the store. This makes me wonder about the managerial system and their attitude and whether there are issues customers should be aware of as they do not seem to see the need to follow up on this matter or show a sense of care for their reputation.
