Pick n Pay tramshed needs to train their staff

<p>I always go to Pick n Pay tramshed , recently I noticed they now have security at the door when you leave , but Im writing this , as this is becoming a massive problem , and I’m even thinking of not going back there again</p> <p>You pay for your items and then walk to the door, while you are still trying to hold you bag with the items inside, you bag is grabbed with 2 hands -without speaking to you , both hands go into the bag and start going thru the items you have in the bag , all of this -while you stand with your slip in your hand , making you wonder what this person is looking for , if you try to stop them from just going into your bag , they become very aggressive and start screaming at you</p> <p>Now I need to know from the management of this store, why his staff is not trained to work with customers ? if you hand the person the slip , why can’t you yourself open the bag so they can scan the items you already paid for , this makes it your property , and they can scan the items without sticking their hands into your bag</p> <p> </p> <p>Why don’t your security rather monitor people as they go thru the till point to see who pay for their items and who don’t</p> <p> </p> <p>Realy I don’t feel save leaving your store anymore as they are very aggressive</p> <p> </p>
