Pick 'n Pay Trade Route Mall - No respect for clients

Yesterday, I made it to Pick 'n Pay in Trade Route Mall about 30min before they closed. I rushed there after work to purchase a few essentials. We were in the queue which was very long. As we moved along, they sent everyone behind us to the express till but we had to stay because our trolley was full. Being the last in the queue. All of a sudden all the cashiers just started cashing up leaving us standing right there. We tried to call for attention that we are still in the queue and in the store but everyone ignored us until we literally ran after the very last one before she follows suite. Needless to say, there was no manager in sight. I thanked the teller who assisted us although we forced ourselves onto her station, bought her a drink. The lady who was packing was moaning that she had to be packing and its closing time. I am disgusted and will never visit that store again.
