Pick n pay trade route mall never get back to me as promised, do they care about their customers?

I submitted my parcel to Pic n pay Trade Route mall to be collected and delivered to my client in Daveyton, on the 27 November 2020. Today its the 02 December 2020 and my client have not received her parcel. I wnet to Pic n pay trade route mall to enquuire what happened, the store manager Tshidi advised that she will call me today but she never did as promised, I called the store and my call was dropped.

I'm disappointed at both Pic n pay and Aramex, Aramex could have given me a call or call my client if there was something wrong with the package or the address but that did not happen.
