Pick n Pay Towers in Boksburg sucks!

Once again, I have a major issue with Pick n Pay, this time with the Pick n Pay Towers Family Pick n Pay in Boksburg. I have ordered from them twice via their online app, Shop n Bag, and both orders turned out to be a mess. The first time, two of my items couldn't be delivered because the items were "discontinued." But I could still order and pay for the items, and had to be refunded. It took me more or less two days to figure out how to use the refund voucher on the app, but I eventually succeeded. The second time turned out to be a total disaster. After five days, I'm still struggling to get my refund of over R200.00. In stead of a voucher, they apparently paid cash into my bank account, but I'm still waiting for the cash afte five full days of being without food... I'm a Sassa pensioner and need the money to buy the food that they couldn't deliver because it was "out of stock." With NO INDICATION that the items were "out of stock," I "bought" the items but never received them. I am now sitting without food, and NO MONEY to buy the food. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get them to understand that I am in a dilemma because of their mistake. All I get are a lot of excuses and **** apologies. They absolutely don't know the meaning of "after sales service... I am not impressed and will NEVER buy from them again!!!! Antoinette Keyser
