Pick 'n Pay tills ALWAYS empty
I'd like to complain about the service we get at Pick 'n Pay. I can count the number of times that I've actually been able to withdraw money from Pick 'n Pay this year. I'm a Private Client at FNB and we are encouraged to withdraw money at the till to save costs but doing that is just hard or impossible. Every time I try (Killarney, Norwood, Braamfontein) I'm told there is NO money in the tills and it takes the tellers more than 20 minutes to try and find you a till with no money. Their attitude sucks and you can see they have no interest in helping. I would like to know why we are encouraged to torture ourselves in this way when something clearly isn't working. Going to an ATM is much faster and you don't have to deal with rude heartless tellers. I think you need to relook at this option cause it benefits no one. Maybe the poorer community but not us, it's a time waster. And also tell us what is the limit for till withdrawals cause we can never seem to get more than R200 when we do get anything.
