Pick ‘n Pay :There’s nothing asap about the service !!!

ASAP is ridiculous

I ordered a big order on the 27th of November on Black Friday specials .My order was incomplete ,the milk and 12 drinks were not there .I went to the shop in-store Mall of Africa , they said they will look into it .I emailed ***.

I received a reply that I will be assisted and the store also made a promise to investigate and get back to me .

To this day no one has bothered to assist me .
