Pick n Pay the worst retail store to buy appliances and electronics

Pick n Pay service has deteriorated in an embarassing manner, its worse than buying something from an Indian store with no return policy what so ever. Dealing with a Pick n Pay corporate store with a big headed manager makes it worse. Shop at Pick n Pay at your own risk. I returned a Skyworth TV which was faulty after 1 year 3 months after buying it. It has a 3 years warranty. I tried to deal with Skyworth myself because Pick n Pay was on a snail pace taking me from pillar to post and Skyworth said unfortunately Pick n Pay has to log. It's been 3 months. The store doesn't even communicate on the status whatsoever.😡😡😡
