PICK N PAY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day

I would like to lay a complaint against Pick n Pay Savannah. I purchased goods and paid for them while expecting the packer ( Rosinah) to pack my goods.

There she was standing with arms crossed not even looking my way or greeting. So i finished off swiping and packed my own goods away.

The level of customer service in this branch is beyond poor. Unfriendly staff members who show no interest in customers its as if theyre robots. Something needs to be done like replacing staff or training them.

This is not my first bad experience at this store. And many other people i do know choose not to go to this specific branch because of their bad customer service.

Pick n Pay was my store of choice when i was in Durban but since moving to Polokwane and visting this branch, i only go to this store because its rarely full.
