Pick n Pay the *******

I placed an online order with PnP and did not receive part of my delivery, the delivery guy recorded the missing items and said they would be delivered later which did not happen. When I queried with them they advised me it would be sorted out. I then got an email confirming that the items had been redelivered. To date I have not received the rest of my order. I have since emailed them, tried to call but never manage to get through as I do not have all day to sit in a queue, and even tried twitter, the do not respond.
