Pick n Pay, the security guard has lost you a customer! dissappointed, hurt and angry!

My 12-year-old son was accused of *****ing at Pick n Pay Terrace Road because we opted not to buy plastic bags. My son was not allowed to come to me, he was still inside the store finalizing a few things and the security guard told him that he should not leave until further action was taken. He continued to give me the wrong name and number for his management but luckily I was assisted with the details by the pick-n-pay manager on duty. This was hurtful, unwarranted, and caused emotional distress to my minor. Pick n Pay has lost a customer because I will not put my child through such experiences.
